"This Lowes is pretty good. Predictable, friendly, well organized. But the insistence on self-checkout is absurd and it makes me shop there less. There is nothing like spending $47 on some hardware only to then stare into an impersonal computer screen and a camera watching your every move, with no "thank you" on the way out. Lowes you are in the people business too, someone should mention that to the shareholders. At least you kept Cheryl, the nicest checker on the planet. She asks if you found everything, doesn't rush you, asks about your projects and how your day is going and she means it. If you replace Cheryl with another machine, I'm out!"

"We had the great pleasure of working with Lisa Klosowski last night at your Ozark store. She helped us to purchase products to design the interior of our master bedroom closet. Not only did she lead us to the correct products in a relatively short period of time. She also drew us a design of how it would look when it’s completed. I recently had knee surgery and so I was unable to load these products on a dolly and get them into our car. She got a gentleman to work with her to get everything up front for payment and out to our vehicle for my wife and I. We are both in our 70s, so what a help that was. Lisa is a gem and I couldn't say enough nice things about her customer service, her knowledge of the store/products and her willingness to get us up front, checked out and safely loaded in our car. She stayed with us all the way out to the car. And yes, we gave her a hug. What an employee! Lowes can be proud!"

"My Lowe's experience was amazing. This is where I purchased my washer and dryer. I love my washer and dryer except for the fact they have taken on the mind of their own. no matter what buttons I hit they do whatever they want all my clothes have now shrunk and they've all run together to an ugly pinkish color. I even tried to unplugging them and they still stayed on. As of recently they started to communicate with me through a series of beeps that I have deciphered. The message read "One day we will grow strong enough to rinse and dry you" needless to say I am horrified but man you can't beat the convenience of a washer and dryer, before I was washing my hand, now I throw my clothes in and I run out of the room as fast as I can before I too get sucked in."
