"For a year straight now I’ve been coming here for my haircuts. Left slightly disappointed today but will of course be back. Specifically asked to not have the MVP done, yet it was done anyways when I said multiple times I did not want it done."

"My internet service is not that great in our area I was trying to make an appointment online and couldn't do it on Sunday so I called to see if I could make an appointment or just come in and the girls was rude and nasty and said online only no walk ins.im glade that they think everybody has the best top notch internet here in Ozark the people working there probably live in Springfield I will never do business with you guys again.My family and i know go to great clips by Walmart they gave us no hassle and we got great haircut and great service thank you for sending us else where we will never be back they do not require online appointments only we can walk in at anytime"
