"This is my second year at Beverly. I’ve loved it and every guest I’ve had mentions how nice of an apartment it is. Management is always helpful if you need something and maintenance has always come quickly. The apartments are extremely quiet and clean which is rare for a college apartment. You do have to be aware of your surroundings in the parking lot and keep your car locked, which is a given living so close to down town."

"We've lived here for a little over 2 months. In that time both of our cars have been broken into (in the middle of the day) and this morning our locked Jeep (equipped with a steering wheel lock bar we purchased after the initial break in) was stolen from the parking lot. While the location is convenient for school and work it's not worth the loss of our personal items and vehicle."

"Beverly lofts is a new building that Springfield lofts has put together! The management team, and Lindsey are amazing. We had a couple minor problems when moving in, and Lindsey dropped everything, and even came to help us even when she wasn’t working! They’re easy to get in contact with, and reply in minutes. I would 100% recommend living with Springfield lofts if you’re an MSU student, or not. It’s a perfect living experience. Maintenance gets with your work orders within the day you put it in, or the next day. They are fast and efficient with everything. I love Springfield lofts!"
