"This management company (moline management) is beyond rude and extremely unprofessional. They will talk down to you and belittle you. Lived here a while back and completely regretted ever becoming a tenant to them. They can’t keep management at their properties and they never fix anything. Do yourself a favor and don’t become a tenant to them. I was at the Boonville property and had friends at their other properties all of us treated the same."

"I used to live here from 2012-2015ish and it was amazing! I never had issues with management, and there was a keycode to get in so always felt safe. I liked to used the gym downstairs too. My loft was huge, I was always really happy living here, kinda wish I didn't move! It was really nice to have such a nice place for low income housing!"

"I've read through the older reviews and can absolutely see that management has made changes and improvements. The manager lives in the building and usually will respond to emails within 24 hours, and was super friendly and welcoming All of my maintenance requests have been fulfilled, vagrants and homeless are removed by police immediately, and while the public areas of the building could use some cleaning/remodeling, my unit is great, spacious, and clean. If you can get in one of these units, don't think twice."

"They are never here like ever and when they are they never get back to you. I've ask many times and called many times to get someone to talk about my lease and still after 3 months no one had responded. Just the other say I got a paper to fill out I was ok I'll feel this out and turn it in. Little did I know the day I'm suppose to turn it in there not here. Its incompetence people that run it. I need to speak to the owner."

"This apartment complex is a mess. Always dirty. People who don’t live here are always sleeping in stairwells and in the basement. None of the gym equipment works. As well as cigarette butts everywhere. Nobody is ever in the office. Nobody is ever available to call. Nothing ever gets fixed. The manager that claims there’s no one above her is very disrespectful and unhelpful. Save yourself dont sign a lease with this place"
