"We had a cheese burger and it was rare and the fries were cold. We asked for ketchup and they gave us some packets of ketchup. The artichoke dip was bland. It had no salt in it. The table next to us also had a rare cheeseburger. Our server had our table the the table beside us and then the rest of her tables were on the upper level. She didn’t come by to check on us very often. She even apologized for taking so long when she came to our table the first time. We arrived 1 hr before the show and the room barely had any people there. The atmosphere was nice other than the wait staff were constantly walking in front of us through the entire show distracting us from the stage."

"They have the process down. We line up at the front door, they check us in by name, lock our phones, and walk us to our seats. We drink, eat, mingle with people around us. Easy. The waitstaff seems to work hard, the hosts are upbeat and welcoming, but most importantly the restrooms are clean! During the show, there's a way to signal you need table service. Every seat is a pretty decent seat in the house. Last time I was there I saw Dave Koechner and the experience was hilarious while kind of intimate too. It's not like I have tons of other options for comedy clubs but this one is great. I'll be back, of course."

"I’ve never had a bad experience here! The owners are just wonderful and so much fun! I’ve been to several shows and the service has always been great! They have awesome drinks and even a “mock tail” menu for those who don’t drink alcohol! They get a lot of great acts, and I’m always surprised how some of the smaller names end up being the most fun shows! You almost always get to meet the comedians, they also have a brewery next door, Goat Lab Brewery, where everyone goes after the shows to keep the fun going! You won’t be disappointed coming here, it’s such a fun atmosphere"

"We’ve been here quite a few times so far and the shows have been great. It’s a comedy club, so I don’t expect much in terms of food and I get that drinks will be a bit over priced. That’s all well and good. Yesterday however, we noticed the club charges a 20% service fee that’s automatically added to your bill before taxes (that’s right you get to pay sales tax on their fee). It doesn’t say gratuity, so I don’t think it goes to the wait staff. The fee is not disclosed or explained anywhere. So now I have to choose between having to pay 40% extra in tips and this stupid fee or if I wanna stiff the wait staff their tip because management is greedy and expects their patrons not to look at their itemized receipts??? I’ve been to comedy clubs in the past that add a 20% gratuity to the bill, and that’s fine if it goes directly to the wait staff, but this doesn’t say gratuity, and it’s not disclosed anywhere! This is just shady as hell. I might come back for a show, but I would highly recommend not eating here and keeping the drinks to a minimum to avoid getting ripped off."
