"Since we've moved in the staff has been very friendly and courteous and very helpful. Work orders are answered in a timely manner and the maintenance staff is knowledgeable and very happy to help. The management have been very hands on when it comes to any complaints and communication."
"My last day for the lease was today, July 31st, 2023. I wasn’t finished moving out and they came in at 8am and threw our food in the fridge away without my permission. This was before I gave the keys back. Management has no respect for their clients. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. There are much better places in Rogers. I’m so glad we moved out of that hell. Don’t consider anything owned by AMC or Frisco apartments. I emailed them about my deposit and they said it’s going to take 2-3 months to get my deposit back. I hope they actually give it to me."
"Save your self the trouble... Rosie in management is extremely rude and irresponsive. I do not understand what her job consists of as a property manager you want to make sure the place you are managing is managed. Well this place is poorly managed.. She does not care about the property or the people who live there. The grass has been cut maybe twice this year and anytime you request a mainitence update, it might take 15-30 business days for it to get completed. Rosie is never available whether it be via email, phone, or in person. She is no where to be found. The move out process has been a nightmare as we gave notice of our move out date and she had already scheduled someone to move in, still within our pro-rated rent agreement so that we could move out with time. Now we are being rushed to get out of there (which actually worked out because staying any longer would probably cause us PTSD) so that new tenants can move in time. How is this responsible? I am guessing they wont even inspect the place before the next people move in? They seem quick when it comes to taking your rent money.. However when you request anything from them, expect no response. Please DO NOT choose this property as your next home.."
"Please save your time and money and skip coming to even look at these apartments if you’re trying to move. The management before was great at communicating and adjusting to the overall needs of the community who lives here. Since the new management took over, we haven’t had the maintenance done to the apartments that we used to. It’s hard to get pest control to spray around the apartments, the grass is seriously overgrown, and this complex just looks sad. Rosie is seriously irresponsible and isn’t good at managing at all. She hasn’t helped our family during the moving process at all, and when we needed extended time to get everything moved out of there, it wasn’t given to us. She told us that someone else had already rented out the apartment. How can you even rent out something that has never been shown? That is completely unacceptable as we had only made the decision to move a little before. Rosie needs to know that she isn’t good at what she does and needs to find something else to do because she isn’t good for the image of those apartments at all. On top of all that, the neighbors next door are so rude and have tried to get into multiple arguments with us, please keep in mind that we are a hispanic household and anything we do is nitpicked by them. The fact that I’m even writing a review in the first place just goes to show how absolutely horrible this place is. Don’t put you or your family through the same mess that i’m sure many other families have had to deal with."
"If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. Since the new property management company took over the property and customers service has gone by the waste side. This place was absolutely amazing until they took over. I lived here 2 years and would have never moved had it not been for the new property management. Good luck every trying to get ahold of anyone via phone or email. Always had to physically go by the other property they own to talk to anyone. Had to wait around multiple time because someone wasn’t there at 9 when the office hours were supposed to be open. The property manager Rosie was extremely hostile to work with to the point I almost had to contact her upper management. Demanded I schedule a move out inspection which wasn’t in my lease with the previous company. They would only schedule it during business hours Mon - Friday 9-5 which are my working hours. I asked to schedule a month in advance to give my work a late notice. No one ended up showing up for the move out inspection and I waited around for an hour. Ended up leaving the keys in an envelope in the front porch and they weren’t picked up for two days. Talk about frustrating. Read the reviews on Frisco on Walnut as well. They are managed by the same company. Save yourself the trouble and hassle and look for a different property."
