"DO NOT BANK HERE. This is the most archaic bank there is. They are so behind on the times it's sad. All the staff besides the tellers have horrible customer service especially in the mortgage department. They made a mistake on my deposit and did not notify me that they are taking money out to fix the mistake. I get it was not my money but let your customer know you made a mistake and you are taking back the money. I have asked for invoices before and they sent me a handwritten invoice to reflect my mortgage balance. Who does that?? Banks that are so behind the times. There are not even tap options on any of their cards and won't link up with most banking apps. Think twice before banking here. Edit-I called the bank as the owner requested. They were not able to do anything to improve the situation. The comment was just to make it look like they tried."

Mr. Skaggs personally walked me through each step of the loan application and called another branch to smooth the process for me. The reason I chose Main Street is the service I came to receive recently; a personal touch. When I went to the branch in Lenexa, I overheard another banker talking about saving a customer money and helping her build up her credit.
