"Before I went I called and asked if they cash payroll checks the lady was rude lazy didn't want to get out of her seat she snatched the check out of my hand put some information in the computer really stated she couldn't cash the check cuz she couldn't verify it but it was issued from US Bank I work at lendnation which is another check cashing place and there's a book in the back with phone numbers where she could have verified the check she couldn't even call the bank and verify. This lady is seriously turning Down business because she's lazy . Y'all need new employees"

"I went to Check Into Cash just needing to get a payroll check cashed. I was waiting for 40 minutes to get this accomplished. At this time, the woman working, Shirley, started getting very frustrated and actually started crying! I politely asked for her name multiple times. She starred at me with a blank face, and refused to speak. There were 2 other women in the lobby. I turned around and asked them if they were witnessing her refusing to give me her name. Even the other woman shouted “just give her your name so we can get serviced!” She eventually gave me her name so I could leave this review. She then kept crying hysterically and accused me of being rude. It was literally insane behavior and I’ve never witnessed anything something so unprofessional and childish in my life. She continued to cry and accuse everyone in the lobby of being rude to her. I asked if she could call her manager to assist her with cashing my check. She did so reluctantly, continued to cry on the phone to her boss and even exaggerated and lied about the treatment she was receiving. This is the 2nd interaction I’ve had with SHIRLEY that ended up the same way. I did end up getting my check cashed. An entire hour later and after counseling down Shirley to be calm enough to assist me. At the end of our transaction she counted my money wrong multiple times. Was shorting me $100. We counted it together and she finally got it right. She cried again during this and just kept saying “I’m new” but she’s not new because she did this same thing to me a few weeks ago. The blatant lies and crying victim from this employee is appalling"
