"Decent apartments but management is anything but nice or honest I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone well I'm sorry if I said anything wrong about this place it has been a few years since I have lived there but I went there to get an apartment about a year ago and the manager wouldn't even talk to me coz she said that when I lived there B4 I ran out oweing her money not true, and that when I left she said that I left the apartment with the AC on high and all of the windows open and that doesn't make sense coz that would have ran my electric bill a lot higher and what sane person would have done that not me thats for sure"

"I have lived at this apartment complex for 9 years (June 2009-present). The rent is affordable. The pet policy is generous. The maintenance worker is excellent. It is helpful to have a pool and clubhouse for family and events. Since June 2022 the apt complex has been under new management from the west coast. They are raising everyone’s rents, for seniors, the disabled, those on HUD. They now do not allow for gardens, personal grills, more than two garage sales yearly. They are eager for anyone to move out so they can increase the rent. Beware!"

"I lived here for a year and was not happy living here. The management does not do things they say they are going to do. They do not go out of their way to help you with problems with your apartment. It was a noisy place, with sirens constantly being heard from 8th Street. If you live on the top floor, you can always hear neighbors' dogs barking from the floor below you. The complex promotes that it is mainly for senior residents and that it is a quiet neighborhood, but the majority of my neighbors were under the age of 30."
