"My daughter and little grandson live there. Its a mess. Playground equipment is broken/ falling apart, half the washers/dryers do not work and there is trash laying all over the grounds and is need of being mowed. Trying to get ahold of a manager or maintenance is almost impossible. Just because its considered low income does NOT mean it shouldn't be taken care of."
