"My grandson is in Army and reports to Camp Crowder once a month. Decided to take his fiancée with him this last weekend. Check in Friday night. During the night fiancé was bitten multiple times by bed bugs. They tore bed up and saw casings and 1 live bug. Did not take pictures. Reported to front desk. Was told that there had been reporting of fleas in that room. They were changed to a different room. They went to Walmart and bought spray and took all items that could be washed to laundry. Wyndham has since told me that the owner came in and checked room and nothing was found. I do not believe this. They are covering their butts and I want you to know this is how they treat members of our troops. Not even reimbursement for Walmart was offered. Such a sad place. Do not stay in room 108"

"They have BEDBUGS, i found SEVERAL shells and I have many bites. i even seen a couple. You could find WAY better. Walked in, holes in the walls, things missing from the lights! floor wasn’t vacuumed. They leave stains on sheets/ pillows. there is “rust” stains on the box springs indicating they do in fact have bedbugs in more than one room. Behind the bed is filled with dead skin. They do not prioritize cleanliness. There even was a complaint on the room she put us in, for “fleas” when in reality it was bedbugs. the bedding is comfortable but that doesn’t matter when there’s bugs."

"We came to visit my sister and stayed four days here. The rooms are clean, the front desk people are amazing and the location is wonderful. Walmart, Burger King, KFC, Taco Bell, and a gas station are right in front of the hotel. There is a bowling alley and a movie theater down the road. We saw a police officer patrolling the parking lot it's a very safe location definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a great stay"

"The whole second floor seemed as though it was for smoking. When you walk down the hall to get to your room, there is a strong cigarette odor coming from the occupied rooms. The room was clean. The furniture was worn as in other reviews. The air conditioner took a little while to cool the room, but once it did, it was fine. I still had to use a fan, which I always travel with. For an overnight stay, it was sufficient."
