"Black mold and unsanitary living conditions. The down stairs flooded with what smelled like sewer water every month. I had a chunk of the ceiling fall of and hit me in my apartment when i lived there. I miscarried my son living there."

"Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Bugs, leaks, and the management does not care to improve the buildings. The kids run through the buildings at night leaving food, wrappers, and spills everywhere. There is absolutely no one that comes and cleans the hallways or property. Also the laundry rooms are disgusting and do not work. Would NEVER recommend this place. Zero stars."

"The previous owners were great, but when Pro-x took over management. They raised up everyones prices while at the same time never fixed anything. This was mine and my fiances first home that we now can't even use the shower in."

"If I could give this place no stars I would. A six year old child can break in with a credit card (literally not joking I had my daughter do it after I discovered it was so easy to break in. The first day I moved in a tried to bathe and the knob fell off with little to no pressure. It an easy fix but that's something I feel they should of check before I moved in. Then the same day, the first day I moved there a light bulb went out, and a week later my smoke alarm battery went out which to me shows they did little to no checking of anything. This isn't even the worst of it. The male landlord will talk to you like you are half retarded. He will tell you stuff and write stuff then contradict himself. He is also very rude and insulting. The rent itself is a little high not outrageous. If your a family and have more then one car you will most likely have to park where all the people who don't live there park or in a storage places parking lot because they give you one space per apartment. Also if your in a building like 1 or 2 you will have to drive way too far to take out your trash compared to any other apartment's you will ever rent. The fact that all this bull crap is added makes the rent seem more ridiculous. I've lived in a few apartments and never felt more miserable and un safe then I did there. I'm pretty sure they let a bunch of meth addicts live in the building across from me. They can't completely help tenants. But you'd figured they'd at least get a bad vibe off these people. There were people below me accusing my wife of hitting their car within a time frame she couldn't of and after we talked to a lawyer they left us alone...and then a week or two later they tried it again to the people below us. So they let druggies and scammers live near your apartment a six year old can break into... on apartment ratings dot com it has a 1.8 and there is a reason for that. Unfortunately people take Google word over that and there is one review from a year ago that praises it. It's bad. You want a landlord that doesn't know how to talk to people, a place you put all your stuff in you worked for and anyone can take it, and to park 100 feet away from where you live this is that magical place."
