"Always quick service. They do a great job mailing and copying, I haven’t tried any of their other services yet though. I thought they were expensive, then I tried going to the UPS store and found out that their prices are in line or better than competitors. It’s nice supporting a locally owned business instead of a franchise or chain."

"Not the most super friendly here… and perhaps not the brightest. I wanted to print something and the not so friendly gal told me that it would cost extra to get this purple color in the pic printed… what?!?!?! Well I just went next door to CVS and had it (AND THE PURPLE COLOR) printed for under a dollar woth no problems at all. Seriously? You just lost business over something this silly? I don’t think you know what your doing. Go to the UPS at College/Antioch and at least they are appreciative for the business. I’m tired of being overly nice to compensate for her chronic bad mood. (Oh I would be remiss if I didn’t say that the owners here are very very nice people!! Maybe they are unaware when they are not present how rude this woman is. I’ve been there many many times and only when she is working I’m dreading interacting with her. She is smug and treats her customers as though they are idiots and inconveniencing her. Other places are eager to help you fill out the mailing forms etc. It’s just not a pleasant experience when SHE is assisting you. But the owners may not even be aware of how she treats “their” customers!"

"Excellent service. I purchased an item from an online auction and had mail and copy plus pick up and ship the item. There was a problem with the first trip to the pick up location so they offered to go back for a second time once I had the issues sorted out with the seller. Excellent service!! Thanks from Louisiana."

"Overpriced and no customer service! They sold me on an expensive upcharge to get my shipment delivered faster (6 days instead of 10). 2 weeks later, still not delivered. I returned to the store to get help. All I got was lip service. They promised to contact the carriers and call me back the next day ... never heard back from them. I'll never use these guys again! If you want your package to be delivered, you shouldn't either. Go to the UPS store instead."

"Fingerprint machine wasn't working and told me to call back in a few days. This location is very far from my home and I planned on going somewhere closer. They told me that the other locations were lying about offering the service and not to bother because the other locations haven't done fingerprints in at least six months. Had no problem going to a closer location (Arc Point on Broadway) the next day. Overall unimpressed with the way this company handled their machine being out of service and bad-mouthing a better option."
