"Three of us. Three different dishes. Two were very good (pork, beef). My chicken dish was very flavorful (5*) but the chicken was dry (3*). That said, I'm definitely going back as the flavors and other two dishes were amazing."

"If you're looking for good pho in Kansas City, this is one of the places you should go. The broth is incredible, and the beef tendon was solid. My favorite part might be that Pho Sai Gon has a veggie bar, so you can customize your bowl as you'd like. The portions are pretty big, so be prepared for that. Pricing for what you get seems reasonable as well."

"Food is just okay. The Beef Pho is just okay. At other stores I've been to, they usually served with mongo sprouts and chili. The stir fried beef and rice is too greasy. The beef stew as well as too greasy. It's a big serving so the price is right but the taste seems off. I would rather choose medium serve as long as the taste is great and not too greasy The audio seems you're like in the bar, loud. This is our first time so we will give them a chance to do better and I hope next time, it is better."
