"Roaches everywhere, police won't come when called here, it takes an act of God to get anything fixed, then an act of Odin to get them to come back to fix it right. We became infested with bed bugs after being here for a year and guess what, we were forced to pay the exterminator because we "obviously" brought them with us??? Warned them to the bathroom floor showing signs of rot when we first moved in, it was dismissed. Then when our toilet almost went through the floor, they tried to make us pay for it because it was our fault."
