Hampton Inn Miami

"Awesome location. Not many opinions in this town. All of the positive reviews I read are what made me decide to chose this hotel on our road trip. The positive reviews I read we experienced here as well. So great to have a clean room to stay in."

"This hotel is in a great location off the Tollway! However, that is where the greatness ended for us. When booking, the room stated that it slept five (thinking there was a chair ottoman/sofa along with two beds). There were two queen beds and a dining chair—not something someone can sleep in. When I called the front desk, they said I could pay for an upgrade to a King suite (which still only has one bed and a sofa!). We made the sleeping situation work. The next morning we woke up to take showers only to find there was no shampoo, conditioner and only a drop of body wash in the wall mounted bottles. We called the front desk and they told us we could come down and get some. After making our way downstairs they had ONE tiny travel bottle of conditioner and were met with a “sorry” from the not-so-chipper front desk attendant. This made it impossible for five people to shower. The hotel was clean and the night desk attendant was super pleasant. I’d just make sure you bring your own toiletries because it’s quite terrible to be all wet and not clean."

"This hotel does it all. 5 stars. Thought it was brand new it’s not but it was spotless. Every thing works! The breakfast buffet was much better then many we’ve stayed in. We had a bad experience in the Hampton inn .last week in Rockford Illinois they did have good employees but hotel in Rockford Was very bad shape. This one made us Hampton Inn fans again. !"

"The hotel room was great. Very clean and comfortable room. Beds were comfortable and clean. Staff were polite and professional. One thing they could improve is breakfast. Choices limited and quality of prepared food was poor. Would definitely stay here again"

"We arrived in the evening after a long day of driving. There was no problem with our late check in. There was plenty of room in the parking lot. The hotel clerk was very welcoming. There was a selection of hot tea to choose from which was lovely. The rooms are very clean. NO BEDBUGS I always thought check before bringing anything into the room. The beds are very comfortable. The shower was strange because of how they installed the tub. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. They have large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion in the bathrooms and free water. The fridge is cold but has no freezer. The hallways are clean and cheery. The elevator works and there are plenty of luggage carts."
