"THEY SHUT THE WATER OFF AND TOLD ONLY WHOEVER HAPPENED TO BE WALKING BY THEM. It was just coming up on 10am and my boyfriend was already down in the pool. i decided i wanted to take a quick dip, move my bones before hitting the road again. my boyfriend had the nerve to rush me as soon as i get down there, so at 10:19 after the hot tub and few laps in the heavily chlorinated pool I come back up to shower, only to find the shower won't turn on!!!!!!!!!! boyfriend comes back up and says oh yeah she said something when I went in to the pool, IT WONT BE BACK ON BEFORE WE CHECK OUT. ?@*#^#%!^@(= WHAT. why wouldn't they notify EVERYONE, what in the effing courtesy is that!?? not only am I reaming his @$$ but NO WAY THEY DIDNT CALL, PUT UP SIGNAGE, YELL, WHISPER, ANYTHING!!! I wasn't going to review this place at all but since I'm here... there was beard hairs all in my sink upon opening the door to this room. The soap dispensers in the shower are scary to even touch. missing garbage bag in the bin, which had some kind of dark fluid stuck in the bottom, firetruck red hair on the granite top of the bathroom sink... oh and if you want drugs... yeah hang out here. pool was good size and clean enough. hot tub jets almost non existent. insides of nightstand drawers GROSS. breakfast was fine enough, had options. we did accidently book for 2 weeks out and Expedia plus this site were able to remedy our reservation and fixed it. OH AND I JUST FOUND OUT OUR PHONE DOESNT WORK TO CALL FRONT DESK TO ASK FOR A FEW MKNUTE LATE CHECKOUT WHILE I WRITE THIS DAMN POST. THIS PLACE IS TRASH. NASTY ONCE YOU LOOK AROUND, AND NOT SAFE FEELING AT ALL"

"Lois Boykin Many issues!!!! Checked in never entered the room in Miami Days Inn at 6pm. An emergency occurred and checked out at 8 pm still never entered the room. Received my card statement and was charged for a three night stay. Disputed charges and 2 night charges was taken off. I have proof I was on the Will Rogers Turnpike at 8:07pm. This was October 21, 2023. As of January 22, 2024 this battle as not been resolved! I was told that Ken Patel is the manager which no one will let me talk to him. Girl’s behind the desk stated their names as Jessica and Carrol. Please beware! Also I was given a false cancellation receipt with the name Bobby Carrera as whom it was registered to. Please be cautious. Praying this is resolved!"

"There was a HUGE bloodstain on the bed, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned the sheets where stained bad and looked gross, the tvs are Roku but don’t connect to internet, the ax was broken so the room was hot, and it doesn’t look close at all to any of the pictures online. The lady who checked us in was nice."

"The woman at the desk was very slow. She was not helpful. I could not use my Wyndham account with them because she said it wasn’t affiliated. Bathroom was bare bare minimum. We wouldn’t even shower in the morning. Blood drips on the mattress cover which wasn’t noticed until morning waiting for my husband. This was the worst Days Inn I’ve ever stayed in! We had been driving several hours and longer than planned. It was late when we stopped."

"Convenient location to Buffalo Run Casino. Checked in and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. Got into our rooms and all we could smell was mildew. The hallway to the rooms on the first floor was extremely warm with no air flow at all. Probably would not stay at this location again."
