"This Pharmacy staff is second to none. Thier helpfulness in talking to our doctors or our insurance company always helps in getting our scripts in our hands. The Plaza office has been my go to Pharmacy for 42 years now. They treat you like family and I greatly appreciate thier efforts. Way to go and give them a try. All the best. William Schroder"
"This place is run like a Third Grade Social Club. All the pharmacy Staff and management are Extremely Childish and Cliquish."
"Most staff is great but there's one who is always on a power trip and tries to decide when you get your medicine. Tried to refill something the Dr has wrote the same thing for for almost a year and now it's confusing them."
"Very friendly, very quick. I rushed to KC from Carthage because my daughter was in ICU, forgetting a very important heart medicine at home. They filled my script really quick and over the top friendly!"
"A few years back Saint Luke's made it so all their employees can only get their perscriptions through them. The problem is they are closed when all the nurses and doctors get off their shifts at work. So now I have to drive 20 minutes away, unload my kids and have my temperature taken as I walk in to SLE then, walk all the way up to the 3rd floor to get our perscriptions... that's very inconvenient. You get an email notification telling you when you're perscription is ready, so I get all the way up to the pharmacy only to be told it is not ready for pick up yet. (It takes days for them to fill everytime) When I went to Walgreens it would only take a couple hours for my perscriptions. So for 3 years now not one person in the pharmacy had the decency to explain WHY you get an email stating a perscription is ready when it wasn't. It has been an absolute nightmare to have to drive 20minutes to another town hoping the pharmacy actually has my stuff ready and almost everytime it's not! This has been going on for 3 years & finally a month ago the pharmacist took the time to explain to me what is going on, she told me: don't go off the emails saying it's ready, I need to wait for the text notification/phone call saying my perscription is ready. She said they are understaffed and have a high volume of orders all the time. Now it all makes sense! I have talked to some of the nurses that work for St. Luke's and they all say it's been a huge inconvenience for them to be forced to only use the few St. Luke pharmacies in the KC area. Some of them just pay full price for their perscriptions at other pharmacies just so they don't have to deal with the headache of driving 30-40 minutes to the nearest "approved" pharmacy. This process is a joke and they need to have it go back to using Walgreens or CVS so we can get our perscriptions in a timely and convenient manner."
