"My 2nd review because my 1st review was erased I've been trying to get a refill and it's has been impossible to talk to someone. I've called on my brakes at work and I'm the eighth caller or the 10th caller then I have to go back to work. On my day off same thing I call I'm the 8th 4th or 10th caller and when I get to number 1 call her it goes to recording that says if you are a doctor's office leave this information about the patient and then it beeps to leave a message. It's going on the third day and they are closed today."
"Walked in, had my coupon ready with all the pharmacy's information (NABP #, etc.), asked for the prescription number, and was told that it wouldn't work. Without even trying it. The company that makes my Rx has two coupons: one for discounts on copays and one for coupons on the total price. All I needed was the prescription number and I would've paid and left happy. Thanks for not listening, appreciate that.."
"Ordering was quick and easy. They notified me the next day when one cream was not available to ship with the other one. They were supposed to notify me by text when it was delivered so my neighbor could pick it up for me. They did not. I found a notice in my email which I cannot access on my retail floor. However my neighbor saw the delivery truck and collected the package immediately."
