"I have been using this pharmacy for over a year and EVERY time I have a refill they have faxed it to the wrong number, not followed up with Dr. office and delayed my prescription. When speaking with manager "G" I was told I "couldn't be upset with them. It was my Dr.'s fault." Prior to this call I sat with my Dr. in her office and she showed my the refill sent 2 days before. Very unprofessional and rude. Zero customer service. I gave them so many chances. I'm done. Answering machine hangs up before you can leave a complete message. I found my prescription at Stark Edler Apothecary for $60 less."
"I'm chronically ill and have had to go to many pharmacies, medical offices, etc. Family Pharmacy is definitely one of the best. They are so kind and helpful. You can tell they care a lot. They take care of my most important medication that helps stop my disease from progressing; I don't think I'd trust any other pharmacy more than them when it comes to something so important to my health!"
"I gave the review two stars since I was always happy prior to my experience yesterday. Long story short, I felt I was accused of not being truthful by two of your associates. They kept repeating they didn't see how my "issue" could happen (as there was no product in several of the "bubbles" that were supposed to contain the oral daily dose). I was asked to explained the issue twice on the phone prior to bringing the product in and again twice in the pharmacy after bringing it in. I told the staff it felt like I was having to prove myself which was not a good feeling. I ended up walking out as it was very humiliating for me after always having such good experiences over the last several years with no problems. All it would have taken was to replace the 12 sublinguals or even an apology for my time and trouble, and all would have been fixed - instead I was embarrassed and humiliated with other customers nearby. I hope this helps with customer service in a constructive way in the future and not making the customer feel like they did something wrong when it was obviously not my fault. I have the feeling we will not come to a resolve since I will be once again be put in the position to be interrogated for “the why” of the problem. I had four conversations with your team already on Monday. I didn’t have the time or the perseverance to stay in the conversation any longer which is why I left. I did say thank you and said you could keep both packs for your further review. I never said I felt I was intentionally shorted products. Lastly, the liquid you mentioned was only on a small part of one of the two sheets I brought in as evidence, so why was the second sheet also missing product? Let’s just agree to disagree on the how or why it happened, and I'll pursue another compounding pharmacy in the area."
"My wife left the big chain pharmacies because they could never seem to fill her order properly - ~15 RX's per month. Always fighting their auto-refill system, not getting straight answers when issues, a few flat out deceptions, and simply ongoing poor customer service even to the point of rudeness. She left and came to Perry Drug based on a doctor's recommendation. I resisted as I wanted the convenience of the larger chain pharmacies. That went okay until they messed me around a few times. I gave up and followed suit and went to Perry Drug. That was about a 12 to 16 months ago. I must say with great confidence... It is a wonderful feeling when the pharmacy staff knows me and my wife by name. They know our health issues and have always taken care of us. They've have dealt with our insurance carriers and doctors as needed, they have offered rebates as they are available, they have gone out of their way in after hour scenarios to help us. They have made the RX world an easier place for us to navigate. We are ADDICTED to the great service we get from Perry Drug!!!"
