"Fast and friendly service. Jessica is very nice and friendly. This. Pharmacy will do everything they can to help"
"Horrible experience….I’ve currently relocated back to KC for a job and insurance doesn’t kick in until September 1. I chose price chopper because I used to use the one in the north land and never had issues. This pharmacy doesn’t take Good Rx for any prescriptions. They are also not owned by Price Chopper and are an independent pharmacy. Immediately transferred my prescription to Costco. Way cheaper even for the cash price and they take Good Rx."
"You don’t mess around with the understanding of your prescription drugs, how they work and potential interactions. Carla, Meghan and Jill are pharmacists who are really fabulous in what they do. The pharmacy technicians are very knowledgeable and will get things ready for you as fast as humanly possible. All the while taking all the proper care that you would want for your own family members"
"I have enjoyed perfect service from this pharmacy for a couple of years, up until now. The staff was comparatively small, and they knew me by voice on the phone and seemed happy to please. They never made mistakes. The current staff consists of several more employees who don't seem sure of what to do. Very slow in their work performance. There's one new girl with a long blonde ponytail who is consistently in a bad mood and looks like she'd rather be anyplace but at work. First time I dealt with her, she was rude and borderline nasty. Three times now, I've gone there expecting to have my drugs sacked and ready to pick up. These three times, I'm told they're working on it, when that isn't the truth. They say the wait is about 20 minutes. Twenty minutes later, on at least two occasions, it was not ready. Currently, I'm out of two meds. The girl on the phone said "it looks like" they were picked up by someone with a different first name than mine. This pharmacy, in my opinion, has gone downhill fast. I'm tired of going there constantly to get refills. I'm in the process of getting a new pharmacy."
"Have always enjoyed the people here Paul especially...very nice staff. But there is a new pharmacist there and her name starts with a B is she a nasty person? Lost my information and tried to pass the buck. Then got real rude like somehow it was my fault and wanted to keep repeating herself like I didn't hear her the first several times. I guess everyone has their days but look out for this one"
