"When it comes to whom ever does the inventory for this store is completely blind. This is not how you serve your community by causing them to have to drive to your competitor just to provide for my family. We waited 30 additional mins for them to check the section where the multiple items were listed. For the employees to come back with nothing. This was a total waste of my time and gas. Also lets talk about the horribly designed check out and exiting methods that almost give you the vibes like your in jail or being watch by mall cops. Do better in 2024!"

"We used the pick up option when we ordered some storage containers. We checked in and got a text that said they'd be out in 5 to 10 minutes. 29 minutes later, they FINALLY came out. None of the workers we saw had any hustle in their work to deliver orders to people while all the people waiting. Very poor customer service"

"I was very disappointed in the help one gets and in the response to a critical complaint. People have been parking in the loading zone for the Handicapped making it impossible for someone with a wheelchair to get into their vehicle. The complain was totally ignored and the person at the door said she will report it, but did not leave her spot to report, nor did she get on to a communication device to report it. This is totally unacceptable! ********************************* Amendment: The manager from Sam's Club called me to inquire about this situation. I explained it to him. He assured me that he will address this issue. Thank you Stephen for reaching out and doing something about this!"

"We were able to buy a large quantity of paper towels and bath tissue for around $22 each. The store was tidy and stocked, even with the after Christmas sales. The lines weren't long. The area seemed safe. Overall, this is a great place to buy in bulk."
