"LONG waiting time on the phone to speak to a pharmist, and LONG waiting time when picking up my prescriptions."

"Before covid it was great, wait times were ok and it was even 24 hours. Now wait times are loooooooong. Will your pick up be ready? Probably not. Most likely a management problem as they probably don't want to spend the money to keep the staff from moving on to a place where they are more respected. All the staff I've delt with have looked overworked and overwhelmed with demand. Despite this they have always been as kind and helpful as they can be. Look elsewhere for a pharmacy."

"I’ve used them since before covid and they were great I could even call in prescribed meds to get refills. Since covid (2020), I’ve had to go back 3-5 times for meds that were finally ready and never called (basically driving back and forth). For medications that I or my son need I can no longer call in prescriptions and have never gotten a consistent answer. The lines are long no matter the time of day, and I’m tired of the multitude of excuses."

"Recording states pick- up avaliable in 30 min. Called they stated they were backed up would ready in 2 hours. Sent family to pick- up, NOT ready. Called back two hours later, still not ready. Just dont say it will be ready then not follow threw so frustrated. Especially dealing with meds. Never, EVER using them again."
