"I placed an order, expected it delivered to them within a week. A month later there's been so many shipping issues I cancelled my order. Even the refund is slow, with a two week projected time. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed. Update: My bank says a refund was never issued and I now have to dispute the charge. There's a reason there's no BBB profile for this business anymore. I am in contact with lawyers and filing a lawsuit. Please contact me if you have been screwed by this business and would like to join."

"Just wanted my first gun. Did everything they asked. Followed to my car and told I was rude. Came back apologized for something I didn't do, waited patiently for my background check. And the owner still said I was being rude for asking questions! Hand on his gun telling me to stop yelling in his store. Never raised my voice once, polite in every way and told to get out for trying to figure out what was happening. DUDE IS EVIL. Stay away!!!!!!"

"No order delivered and no refund received. I purchased an "in stock" (according to their website) item. I waited 2 MONTHS to hopefully receive my order, which I was not able to track nor received updates about unless I called in. Then I requested a refund, which Apex said they initiated but I never received. After almost another month I had to file a claim to get my money back. I don’t suggest ordering anything online from Apex. They blamed their email system for missed communication, and their financing service for the lack of a refund. Time to change those providers, Apex!"
