"If I could give this sad little place zero stars. I would!! My optometrist called in an order for drops as I have an eye infection. I have been calling them for 3 hours just to find out from the main manager pharmacies closed due to short staff."

"I’m not sure why Walgreens can’t update their site to reflect that this is NOT a 24 hour location, but it is NOT. I understand that this is a very difficult part of the city, and your workers clearly are not trained or able to handle the local night time populace, but it takes almost no effort to simply update your real operating hours so others don’t waste their time driving. Looks like Walgreens not only doesn’t care about staffing their stores, nor do they care about their customers. What do they care about, because pride doesn’t seem to be something that this company has anymore."

"If I could give 0 stars I would! They sent a text to my daughter her prescriptions would be ready after 3 - that was in the morning, I went with her at 3:15 to pick them up and there was a sign on the drive thru window closed till the next day! The problem with that was that she was getting on a plane for a 10 day trip the next morning at 6:45am!! We tried other Walgreens with no answer till finally a pharmacist said he could have filled it except he had to talk to a Pharmacist at that location and there wasnt any - she got back from her trip today and went to pick up her prescriptions and the pharmacy was closed again! So ridiculous plus everyone is rude and slow at this location!"

"Whoa, I would not recommend this place. I live nearby and thought it would be a convenient place to get my flu and Covid shots at the same time. Don’t do it here! The health dept needs to stop by for a surprise visit. Noticed dried up drops of blood on the floor while waiting in the pharmacy line. The desk where you’re supposed to fill out paperwork was covered in someone’s dirty Kleenex. The room where I received my injections was filthy- the floor clearly hadn’t seen a mop in weeks, and the plastic prep table they were using needed to be washed- black stains all over it. They weren’t able to give me copies of my vaccination records for my employer because their copy machine is broken. I wanted to get a simple bottle of clear nail polish on my way out, but the shelves were completely empty of almost all nail polish- weird! Anyway, I will never set foot in there again, and I suggest you do the same for your own safety. At least the guy giving my vaccinations did it correctly, but I probably should’ve just walked out as soon as I saw how dirty the vaccination room was."

"Walgreens must hate its customers or they refuse to pay their employees. A hour every time you want to pick up a prescription. This Walgreens is so slow. There are never enough cashiers. 1 person to work 2 lanes of drive through & 14 people in line. This is for YEARS!! My insurance only covers Walgreens or I’d never step foot in this place again."
