"Price is not consistent and they said when Sanders sold price would be the same, I have five relatives on our street and we all have different prices and different gas prices, we all got together and switched companies..All of us had Sanders for Forty something years never a problem. Now they want to charge us for picking up there trash cans. If there was a no star thats what they would get from us."

"They do their job, it is annoying that they send me ads CONSTANTLY but when I call to use these services they aren't offered in my area, sounds like your wasting money and crating trash. Stop sending me bulk item pick ups if your going to refuse my area. I border a low income area so I assume that's why."

"My trash barely gets picked up and my recycling hasn't been picked up in over a month I'm paying them for what I feel is a 1/3 of the service but I get get credit for any amount of money this company is not good there's no oversight what so ever."

"Quality of service declined and cost went up once Republic purchased Sanders. Fuel surcharge is nothing more than a means to squeeze more money from customers. Now they raised their rates and still hit you with the fuel surcharge. I had enough and decided to move my business elsewhere. So I call today to cancel my service and now they want $36 to pick up my Sanders can. Squeezed one more time!"

"They purchased our previous provider. That I have never had a complaint with, but have called repeatedly to get the dumpster swapped out for one that has wheels on it, sits somewhat level and had lids that stay closed. Have called 3 separate times. Was first tried to be sold a service that would come by and clean the dumpster. Then told they would get it taken care of... never did. Then told I would get a call back with in 48 hours..Never hapned. Worst . Company I have ever delt with. Well after leaving this review they came out and swapped the dumpster ..... did not clean up the broken wheels left them on the ground and left the dumpster I'm the yard next to the concrete pad the old 1 was on. Anyone can read the few reviews o have left for other vendors and companies. All positive. These folks are bad I have no other options for refuse service if so I would go elsewhere."
