"They were great when we 1st started renting. Had an issue come up and ask to pay a week late. They became totally rude told us they see what kind of customer we'll be because I need to make this 1 payment late. They don't work with ppl even if u make payments early or on time. Pretty shady company even the manager is really rude to. Aaron it is never had issue with Aaron's. Least they're. Willing to keep their customers happy."
"I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but that’s the only option. I dont recommend this rent a center at all. My wife and I returned EVERYTHING back, and the store manager Kaitlin had the audacity to call my park manager and tell them that since we can’t pay them that we wouldn’t be making our lot rent payment nor house payment. I have it on recording speaking with my park manager and she just emailed over the recording that Kaitlin called and left the message. Also Kaitlin has taken it upon herself to make Facebook posts about it as well!"
