"Was greeted by the works had great experience. The managers came and checked to see if we needed anything. The restaurant was a clean environment. Highly recommend"
"Every time we go here we always have great food my son really loves their cheeseburgers and cheese fries. Our complaint every time we go is that the tables are always nasty. We end up cleaning our own table with just water and paper towels we have seen staff watching us it's a bit aggravating but we suffer for the food."
"It is now completely self-serve. You come in, order off a screen in the corner, sit down, and fo get your own food once it's ready. The food was ok but not worth the price. The gentleman working at the grill was super friendly and helpful but he was the only staff that was willing to help without an eye roll."
"It has probably been a decade since I've dined at Steak n Shake. Dined in on a weekend night around 9p and there were only 2 other tables occupied. A few folks got carryout. The place was very clean and well lit. It has quarter toy dispensers (I have to wonder how often the gumballs and hard candy are replaced?) And a crazy claw machine. Very kid friendly. You order at online kiosks instead of at a register with a cashier. The point of service system was easy to use. The employees were friendly and our food was ready promptly."
