"Had to book travel for myself and bridesmaids from hotel to church last minute and could not find any big enough cars that didn't ask for a 2-4 hour minimum (we needed it for one 15 minute trip). Finally I went through Z trip and put in a special request through their contact page, got connected with KCTG and got a 10 person van booked only a few days before my wedding. It arrived on time, the man driving us was so friendly and sweet, and we got the bridal party to the church with no issues. SO grateful, because without him we were going to have to rely on two ubers to get us to the church"

"Booking the shuttle and communication before our wedding went smoothly. However, on the day of the wedding, I got a call 20 minutes before pickup letting us know that there were ‘issues’ with the bus - the radio didn’t work and the AC didn’t work either. We only figured this out 20 minutes before pickup? Apparently the AC was ultimately fixed, but i never got confirmation on if that happened or if we just got a different bus than we paid for. They were 15 minutes late for their first pickup, the driver drove like crazy - nearly tipping the entire bus over going over a curb in downtown Kansas City with his foot still firmly on the gas. The driver was not helpful when we asked about the radio (that apparently was also fixed?) or communicating with us in general. The only reason I didn’t give one star is we did ultimately get to our destinations but it was not the experience I expected or paid for. Would recommend finding other transportation services."

"James was waiting for us at the airport after a less than great flight the day of the bad weather. His suburban was immaculate and his disposition was pleasant. He provided a safe and pleasant ride to the hotel. Thank you James. Vince Greco"

"Planning with KCTG went very smoothly. Shuttles and car to the hotel and house arrived on time and got us and our guests to the venue with time to spare. Shuttles returning to the hotel were also on time. Unfortunately, we have to give them a 2 star rating because the car we hired for my husband and I for the entire night left at some point and never returned. My coordinator ended up having to send me home in her car with her assistant when I decided to leave our wedding earlier than planned. My husband had to take the last shuttle with our photographer (who traveled with to the venue) back to our house since the SUV we hired never returned."
