"This place went from $699 1bdrm- $799 2bdrm, to $1158 1bdrm- $1258 2bdrm due to utilities now being included and property tax.Which is ridiculous being that these apartments are infested with rodents and insects due to them remodeling "some" units. Despite these pest being an exsisting issue before I moved in back in Sept 2023, you have to pay for an exterminator out of your own pocket because let Opal Management tell it, "The residents are nasty and causing their own issue with rodents". Not all units are remodeled, old windows, old cracked floors, and they doing the bare minimum about it. Mice in the walls, there's rodents droppings every morning and night somewhere in this apt. The mice dont wait until night fall to terrorize. They come out during the day I was given an unrenovated unit, despite being shown an updated one during the viewing. One of the maintenance crew told me out of his own mouth, "They want me to do the least for work for the least amount of money to do the repairs with but I'll try my best to work with the people around here because you all don't deserve what these people are doing to you". The next day he was fired. The goal for the new management is to evict the minorities and attempt to move in more white people. All in all what I'm saying is DONT MOVE HERE!! Opal Management is no better than Porch Property Management. The Ridge, Polo Run, The Legacy all nicer places, much more space and amenities at a lower cost than this place. Opal Management is a joke!"

"I've lived here for 2yrs. They started remodeling the units and now I have roaches, jumping spider cricket, water bugs, giant cockroaches and now a rat is in my apartment it comes in my apartment every night now for the last month maybe a little longer I've asked for management to do something about it and the reasoning that I feel I have the filthy insects rodents and I've never had them until the remodeling started and they've been remodeling for a few months so plenty of time for them to run to others units. I feel very afraid to live here and I don't have any where to go right now without doing a long drawn out process of looking and not only saving money for deposits app fees etc. They need to just move me to a remodeled unit or do something about this. Smh so hard at these people here."

"They are never in office and always playing with the phone. There is no way I have to call my landlord for a week for them to care for my needs. Understandable you have a lot of responsibilities and residents. But a week or should I wait 4 wks. Oh trust me I have used all the connections to get in touch with my landlord still the same thing no reply. I literally been trying to give my keys to you guys but you are never in the office. It will be 8am to 5pm some days 1pm to 5pm. I gave a police report for my windows being shot out still has not been fixed. Mode inside my the apartment this is why I don’t live there. Need new everything for 82 West."

"These apartments are trash...i moved away from there because i fell through my kitchen floor & i have been injured because of their negligence. I would not recommend anyone to move there...and my lawsuit is still in affect."

"I've lived here for a year and a half and I'm ready to move. It is so hard to get ahold of anyone in the office,they take forever to fix anything, and the parking lot is so trashy. Neighbors are so rude and loud."
