"The apartment is fairly priced. The building is older so some of the doors stick, it has baseboard heating/cooling, let's just say don't expect "new apartment" quality. Honestly though, I like the imperfections, there's a certain charm to it. The five stars are mostly for Jesus, the property manager. I moved in almost three weeks ago and Jesus has been super accommodating through the whole process. Having his cell number makes it really easy to contact him and he always answers promptly. He made getting my apartment ready to move in to a top priority so I could get moved in when I needed to. There was a hiccup with the internet (mostly because I didn't plan ahead) and he allowed me to connect to the office's until I got mine set up later that day. He even agreed to help me get a big chair into my apartment but a neighbor happened to be there to help out. It's only been three weeks but so far I'm glad I chose Indian Creek Apartments."

"I have lived here for just under a year and I will say that management and maintenance here is the best I have ever dealt with in an apartment complex. Jesus is a great property manager. If he can help you he will. If there is an issue in the apartment Jesus will have Robert the maintenance guy on it immediately. Very quite and comfortable living in these apartments. I would recommend these apartments to anyone."

They seem to understand here that taking care of their property and listening to their people is how to run a good business and keep everyone happy. What you get for the price of these apartments is well beyond anything else we could find in a large radius, as the complex is small and quiet, the maintenance responsive, and the units are comfortable and clean. Of course, nothing is "state of the art", but I think this is the best situation we could ask for in the 600-800 price range. It's a great place!"
