"What's great"

"The loft itself is fine, but every other factor associated with living here is absolutely maddening. Management is slow to respond (if they respond at all), and their response is typically that everything is out of their control. There were constant vehicle break-ins that took months to resolve (because the cameras that were "active" didn't work), those of us working from home suffer lots of noise at random times (never notified that it's going to be happening in advance) and a whole slew of other stupid circumstances. Don't move here. There's plenty of options elsewhere in the City for the price point."

"Very beautiful apartment but if we could take that apartment and move it somewhere else then it would’ve been perfect! The apartment is very big and spacious and the appliances are new and great. The amount of people throughout the complex though that have had their cars broken into as well as unfortunate situations happen make this place a scary place to live. Someone stole my license plate and used it to commit a murder which brought homicide detectives to our home. People have broken into the complex and gone to peoples apartments. People have stopped us and others outside our apartment and harass us to give them money for gas until we said yes. We were told when we signed our lease that the back alley would eventually be a safe place to park but that never happened and I don’t foresee it anytime in the future happening. The apartment itself is amazing, but the location and lack of security with parking made it a terrible place to live."
