"I wanted to give this complex such a good rating because of the friendliness of the staff. Coleman(who is no longer there), Jill (who worked with me the most), and the Molly (the manager) are all great people. However, their empathy and flexibility are severely limited by the policies the property management company puts on them, the lack of abilities left a bad impression on me. Long story short, I was charge a carpet cleaning service for pet decon/urine when I never house a pet. At least $130 was taken from my deposit to cover this. I tried to dispute the charge but since the property recently switch to new management, they lost all data from previous resident. Therefore, REGARDLESS of my pet profile stating I agree to not own/house a pet AND my pre move-in assessment stated there were stains PRIOR to me moving in. It did not matter since there was no other history of the stains being there. And thus me being charged for the cleaning of the stains. Tenants be warned. You may be charge for things that aren’t your fault, so make sure to wear a dress that way you at least look pretty when you’re getting screwed by the leasing office."

"Edit: my hot water got fixed, and I have to sign a document for the referral. But I will give this place 5 stars if they fill the doggie bags (my nearest station has been empty for a MONTH! Even called them..), AND IF THE POTHOLES WOULD GET FILLED! I'm breaking my car everytime I drive up in this place is ridiculous. Other than that the place is great. But seriously, fill the bags and potholes please. _____ Great place overall, wish all the potholes and giant cracks would get fixed and wish the showers were hotter. You share your water bill with the whole complex which isn't bad but the temperature of the water is mostly just warm. Also, still waiting on my referral bonus, which yes I did call but they told me due to the management change and being taken over by a different company that they had to wait for some sort of papers. Been a few months since I should've gotten it. Great view, love that my big dogs get to stay here, maintenance is great which is a huge plus, and nice layouts."

"I've been happy here. The ponds/lakes are great. The trail around the complex is a great feature. They pick up your trash and recycle. While things weren't perfect when we moved in they came and fixed everything. It's true that you can hear neighbors but I think it is when you have someone loud near you. We can only hear the apt above. Our dogs were accepted. Enjoy living here."

"The land is beautiful and has so much potential but is poorly maintained. The front gate has been broken for over a year, there is slippery moss covering parts of the trail due to poor drainage, and upkeep around the complex is usually halfway done. Because the gate has been open 24/7, there have been numerous car break ins. I had 2 vehicles broken into last winter. However, the ponds are nice. The trail is cool if you watch your step. And the people are friendly. We enjoy living here but it has so much potential that could make it an absolutely amazing place to live that is just not being realized."

"Jill is amazing and by far my favorite to deal with as well as the front office staff. They are always so helpful. I have lived here for two years and, they are always helpful!! I wish we had our privacy fence fixed, and rhodes were fixed to make it easier to drive on. Besides that I do like the place I live!"
