"DO NOT live here!!! this year and it has been the single most unpleasant living experience. You WILL get stuck in the elevator, you WILL NOT be able to control heat or air conditioning, your calls and emails WILL be ignored. And when you finally have had enough of it and call the office to say that this building is the worst place one could ever live in they will start getting rude with YOU and yelling at YOU instead of asking why you feel that way and apologizing and addressing the situation. It was so bad he practically moved out and has not returned there in months. Madison was so incredibly rude I couldn’t even believe it. She got a huge attitude when I asked why I wasn’t contacted back after emailed a month plus and then she hung up. I wish I had it on recording it was so appalling! A very unpleasant woman."

"DONT LIVE OR DO BUSINESS WITH. Complete scam/frauds. They tried to charge me for 2 months after my lease had expired and I had moved out, refused to answer calls or emails, and then sent the charges to a collections agency."

"This place should be closed. There are numerous fire hazards and electrical hazards I had documented during living here. Several doors were occasionally bolted shut or keys would not work. Numerous times the elevators would be down. Additionally the are is not safe! I have had my car windows smashed in and catalytic converter stolen from my car in the garage! The garage and street continuously had car windows smashed, and the office has taken 0 measures to take care of their residents. The price of rent might look good but you are having to pay for everything and damages to my property would have made going so many other places cheaper. Last but not least I am sitting at over 45 days with any information about my deposit (Illegal!)."

"Completely rude office staff building is nothing what it looks like. The man told me in the office too. Good luck enjoying elsewhere when I was trying to get a tour. He told me that I was being very very rude when I asked questions to him. There’s absolutely no parking so don’t live here. It looks cute and updated but maintenance will never fix a thing for you and there is no parking whatsoever so if you want to deal with maintenance, never calling you back management yelling at you and never finding parking this is a perfect spot for you"

"Do not, and I repeat, do not ever live here. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived in my entire life. Not only was their billing system wrong every single month I lived here, they also regularly would not fix the elevator leaving me to walk nine flights of stairs, almost every single day. Oh and the heating and AC was constantly broken in our unit and multiple buildings. On top of that, regularly I was woken to numerous instances of domestic violence I would hear through the walls, ending with the cops at our apartment. ALSO there were often hour long fire alarms with no warnings or alert from the apartment building management, letting us know that there was a fire. And to finish it off two years after I moved out from this apartment I received a collection notice even after I had paid off my account in full before moving out. Not only did the apartment complex never called me to let me know. I had a Not only did the apartment complex never called me to let me know. I had an outstanding, they also would not answer or reply to my messages when I tried to contact the apartment complex leaving me no option but to pay the collection fees to get it moved off my credit. This is by far the most dysfunctional apartment I have ever experienced and I would highly recommend you run away as fast as you can. Final note- my packages were also stolen when I lived here. This place is the bane of my existence and I thoroughly believe it should be shut down."
