"The townhomes are nice, but we ended up deciding on another place. We would have to pay for all utilities: gas, electricity, water, and find a trash service. Which in itself is not a big deal but what turned us away from this place is their approach to pest control. They will spray before you start tenancy but everything after is completely on you to pay for. You would have to find your own company to come out and pay out of your own pockets for it in ALL situations. You take on all the responsibility of owning (outside landscaping) and none of the few benefits of renting. Some people may find this to not be an issue but it was for me as a pest control issue could cost me hundreds of dollars and financially ruin me for something I couldn't avoid (Like brown recluse, termites, bees or hornets, snakes, etc.) Seems like a lot of requirements and burdens to have practically no benefits for the price."

"Staff were Very nice, the living room is pretty small and be aware that just because it says 600 credit score to get in get ready to pay a 2X security deposit if your credit isn't a 700+. They advertise first month free but is it really? If your paying 3900 to get in how is that first month free? Seems like they are offering a good deal but if they didn't offer first month free your still being charged $3900 for first month and a security deposit for even good credit. So let's break it down. 700+ score you only have to pay a security deposit plus first month free.600-700 score you pay 2 times the security deposit and get a month free and if they weren't doing a month free you would still be charged for first month and a security deposit. Just seems kinda scummy. Charge people 2x the deposit but claim first month is free on ."
