Reviews
"This place is a joke. The maintenance men are just regular people and the people in office only worried about getting you into apartment. Fire alarm randomly goes off and no one seems to to know how to fix it."
"The new property manager is wonderful! Nathan really cares about the residents being happy. Awesome amenities - beautifully updated and modern finishes."
"I moved to Aspire on Monday June 12. So far I'm really impressed on how clean my apartment is. I also like having a washer/dryer in the unit. The location is awesome. Quick access to the highway and plenty of places to eat and shop. If you have a pet, Aspire is pet friendly with plenty of space to walk your dog."
"My partner and I lived here for a year. We have a few notes about what it's like living here. Cons: - The new management is a bit all over the place with inspections, community events, announcements, and just generally following up on emails - Due to some clerical errors on their part, they asked us to re-submit documents we had already sent when signing the lease. - The management was all over the place regarding regular inspections as there had been multiple times where they had to reschedule them. - They asked us to pay an additional $100 a month in rent when renewing our lease when we were already paying about $200 more than what the apartment was actually worth (even considering all the amenities). - Our electric bill was atrocious, usually around $200/month Pros: - The neighborhood is pretty safe and quiet - The park across the highway is nice - Plenty of areas for dog to go to the bathroom along with dog waste bag dispensers scattered around the premises. - Maintenance is very quick to resolve problems - Maintenance cleans up litter and other messes around the apartments pretty regularly. Things to note for potential new residents: - You're allowed to screw/nail things to the wall - You can have a maximum of two pets - You're not allowed to paint the walls - There are some community events planned over the course of the year. These are decent apartments but I certainly wouldn't recommend one of my friends to live here."
