"These properties are poorly managed and not the noise levels make them not suitable for families, or working adults. When we moved in, our apartment was very disgusting. It was clearly not cleaned, what so ever. There was no paperwork given at move in time where you could note existing damages, which is unusual. Over the time we lived here, we filed many complaints about our downstairs neighbors who were constantly fighting, and nothing ever got solved. Our other neighbors were constantly fighting with each other, resulting in the cops being called many time. It was a nightmare, and by far the worst apartment we’ve ever lived in. Parking is horrible, and you are not given enough notice about days you are “not allowed to park in the parking lot.” The ONLY pro, is that Mother Earth is within walking distance and that was nice."

"Biggest cockroaches I’ve ever seen. Floods horribly. People case cars and check doors/ sleep outside your door every night. Woke up to people robbing us and they wouldn’t give cameras to police. Don’t expect your deposit back since the apartment will self destruct itself. Wish I could say better sry."
