"Edit --9_3/23---------------------- Shooting in the parking lot motivated by ghetto mindsets. This is now the ghetto north of the river. Feel kinda bad complaining about this but its been literal years of the same problem. If I had a good solution i would posit it immediately but heres whats going down here. First, these poor maintenance dudes can't keep up with the age of this place. The water damage from unpainted and untreated exterior wood is going to make this entire complex unlivable very soon. Ive talked to other tenants asked about allergy problems. Over half I've interviewed have breathing problems or reoccurring allergies they cant explain. Their homes are relatively immaculate on the first floors, but still experience issues. The second floor tenants don't have these problems, only one person had issues but they were also horrendously overweight. The laundry rooms are in a bad spot for maintenance to access and no one seems too keen on getting into the crawl spaces with proper PPE to deal with the leak/mold problems. There is a species of gnat that is specific to toxic mold, they breed around it and carry spores further into a home or building. These gnats are present in several places on a few first floor laundry rooms, some in small clouds in corners where the leak originates. Good luck to you maintenance guys with this, it is not going to be easy but if the wrong person complains to the wrong agency itll be VERY bad for everyone. This should have been nipped in the bud years ago when it was easier to deal with. Going forward, + PAINT ALL THE WOOD. +INSTALL FANS IN CRAWL SPACE WENT, PULL DO NOT PUSH THE AIR. +USE A GALLON BUCKET AND REPTILE SPRAYER ON A TIMER TO PREVENT FURTHER MOLD with Mold Retardant. +EDUCATE/NOTIFY TENANTS ON AIR QUALITY WITH PAMPHLETS If you make tenants aware of mold presence and offer solutions the tenants will have more dialogue with management that will be constructive. I've done what I can topically but it remains a disgusting ordeal for at least 12 tenants."

"The look run down on the outside, beat up cars in the parking lots, deep chug holes in the parking lots. Reminds me of an inner city apartment complex. Didn't feel safe there. Didn't rent there for these stated reasons. I lived in sunny hills for two years and loved my home. I over budgeted and rented a two bedroom, but still that rent was affordable, a roommate would have helped. Very pet friendly. I NEVER had any problems with the management team. They are their to help. If you give them an attitude, well they may respond differently too. I would not blame them. I had a difficult issue, and they came up with a plan to resolve it. It worked. Thank management team."

"I explained why I would come up with a low credit score and that I could get a co-signer. I was told that as long as we didn’t have any evictions or felonies that it would be fine. Got a call today that my credit score was too low. Went in person to get a copy of the report. All leasing agents immediately went into offices and shut their doors. The leasing agent refused on the telephone to attempt to explain to me when I offered a co-signer! This isn’t a particularly high quality property as it’s dumpy, kids running around everywhere, and outdated. They were extremely rude to my son and to me. Didn’t even offer to let us pay first and last month’s rent which agent had said that we might need to do if our credit was too low. What a waste of time and money! The apartment manager, Shannon, was a total witch about the situation. They are dishonest, hateful, dismissive, and rude. Refused to even consider a co-signer by Shannon after the leasing agent said that it would be possible. LESSON LEARNED - DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! I SHOULD HAVE PAID MORE ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWERS WHO HAD PREVIOUSLY SAID THE SAME THING!"

"The management team is disappointing and not helpful. I paid an application fee and was waiting for the manager to get back to me to approve it and they never did. If you have a registered Emotional Support Aninal they are not willing to help you and they beat around the bush. I provided them with the information they needed and they completely brushed me off and gave the apartment to someone else and gave me the run around. This place is a joke."
