"Worst place to work!!! Yarco does not back there employees!! I was accused of wanting to shoot a resident and her dog! I asked for this person to provide a police report on the incident or some proof( but they did not want to hear it)they swept it all under the rug and transferred me to a really old property in Independence. I worked there one day, obviously, they could not keep a maintenance man working there. One resident was running a machine shop out of his apartment unit with metal shavings everywhere, cockroaches complete filth.They don’t even take care of the residence’s at the Gallery Lofts in North Kansas City. If you’re reading this don’t ever work for yarco or move into one of their units you will be sadly disappointed!!!!"

"It is very hard to in touch with somebody here. I call they don’t answer the phone, I leave a message and they haven’t call back it has been a week. Their webisite says they are open til six but you go there and they say they close at 4. Customer service is very poor here."

"Silly to ask about experience at this place since it's not open yet. I'm guessing there were more photos before the waitlist got full? How long is it going to take him to go through the waitlist? I'm in crisis and I'm in inappropriate housing I'd gladly trade this inaccessible one for an accessible one. I'm trapped I'm also an artist so if there's gallery space or studios even better. But we need to have information online even if they don't want to answer the phone. Is that something to do with yarco? I think I'll look up some yarco reviews"
