"Was very excited about my new apartment. However, it's been less than a month and so far, it's been an awful experience. The building manager, Jill, has been extremely hostile to me, my family, and my friends. On a day when I had a food delivery coming, she called to yell at me about the door it was being delivered to. It was a misunderstanding, as she was talking about a SURPRISE furniture delivery a friend made, which he was supposed to take to the door that says NO DELIVERIES HERE. Again, I knew nothing about this, and thought she was upset about my PF Changs order coming to the lobby. Then, she got upset at my assistant for parking in the wrong spot on Thanksgiving. While understandable, her hostility towards ME, the tenant, who knew nothing about where my assistant parked, was completely uncalled for. Jill told me that *I* was ruining her Thanksgiving, which is incredibly ironic. The latest is that someone in my apartment "must be exercising at 10pm." The problem with that is that me and my children are usually in bed around 9pm. I, too, hear loud clanking noises at all hours of the night, but I don't accuse anyone, and haven't said anything because I live in an APARTMENT with OTHER PEOPLE. Anyway, really nice place to live and I love the neighbors, but unfortunately, Jill has made this a hostile environment that I dread coming home to, which has never before been my experience in all my years of renting. I truly expected better when I decided to rent here. What a disappointment."

"The man who owns this building, ATTORNEY Sam DeVinki, is a bully slumlord. With is accomplice Arlinda Johnson, they bully and intimidate the residents of this building using legal threats and intimidation to harass their tenants. I recently lived in this apartment building that was unfortunately not well maintained. The management company did not take care of the basic upkeep of the property, which led to numerous issues during my time there. For instance, the elevators were frequently out of service, and the halls and stairways were not cleaned regularly. The exterior of the building was also in need of repair, with un-announce maintenance and emergency repairs. The appliances are old and rusted out and there is missing fireproofing throughout the building. The apartment itself had many wear and tear issues, such as leaky faucets, broken appliances, and outdated fixtures. Despite repeated requests for maintenance, the issues were never fully addressed, and I felt like my concerns were consistently ignored by the management. Overall, I would not recommend this building to anyone due to its lack of maintenance and poor management. If you're looking for a well-maintained property with responsive management, I would suggest searching elsewhere. Mr. Devinki is an attorney, but does business in bad faith and doesn't tell people they are dealing with an attorney when they sign leases with him. He keeps a small law office in the basement to harass and intimidate the tenants. All the bad reviews for this place are absolutely true."

"Lived here for 6 years and just renewed our lease for another year. Very affordable and great value. Excellent location and safe building. Many other families have lived here for even longer than us and we have that several people who lived here years ago and moved back. Amazing community and wonderful people. Units are a little old and the building is on a single air system so there are a couple weeks out of the year where it feels too hot or feels too cold because of seasons changing. When there are issues with leaks or plumbing or electrical… anything… the repair people are extremely quick to come fix. They usually repair the issue the same day that we put in the request. So very prompt and we appreciate that. The staff are all extremely kind and courteous. The door men are amazing. The manager is great, too. We love the community and all of the people. We have made some awesome friends here and there is a special kind of care for one another. Definitely five stars."

"Apartments itself are quite spacious which is good and location is good. Parking is $60 for each vehicle. Tenants inside are nice and mostly elderly community - quiet and no one bothers you much. However, beware that management is pure description of evil corporate money makers. They try to rip every penny out of you. BE REALLY Careful if you commit to this apartment because if you break the lease they immediately take your whole month worth of security deposit and charge you for all the months that are left on your lease. They immediately send that to collection agency and put it on your credit. SO BE AWARE - THEY WILL TRY TO GET EVERY PENNY OUT OF YOU."
