"The management here is horrible. I live across the street and have called numerous times to complain about the trash all over their property, including a dirty diaper full of feces on the curb at 101st Terrace, broken furniture piled up at another entrance and discarded water bottles, rubber gloves, bottles of Hot Damn and cigarette packages everywhere. The townhomes are equally gross; I pulled a busted shopping cart off the sidewalk and dumped it in one of their three non-functioning “fountains” thinking someone would surely pick it up, only to have it still lying there weeks later. I will now start calling the city to complain about the property until management takes action. Will also be selling my house next year and moving away. The place is gross."
"I appreciate the service call you all did! As I understand I am not the only one in our apartments that need assistance with things, overall I'm satisfied, but it was the timing, and that was all.. you all did what you said you would and I understand things take time but you all did good!"
"Ever since it’s been bought out by Cushman Wakefield I’ve had issues. Random Charges, technical issues, can’t pay by e check anymore, the new portal is awful. Only apartment I know that sends multiple mass emails a month letting residents know rent past two weeks late is up for eviction lol. They file evictions every 15th of the month, so you better not be late on rent or switch jobs or have paycheck processing issues. I’m simply biding my time until my lease is up. Great location and I had a good two year run but no longer happy in this place Update: there have now been issues with car break ins."
"Where do I even begin? My husband was offered a job in Kansas City via the management group back in March. We were told that the apartment we would get was one of "the best". That's truly laughable considering that the cleaning crew was leaving as we got there. Not to mention the carpet was nasty, an active leak in the ceiling, the wood flooring was gouged and the sinks were rusted in spots. Did I mention the duct tape on the fridge? Or an open box cutter blade on the counters? We weren't even there for 8 hours and left the next day after having rounds with the maintenance man on property and the regional maintenance supervisor. Both were laughable. The main maintenance supervisor on property accused us of some of the problems that were already there when we arrived. Like the exposed cords hanging from the wall in the basement. Or even the hole in a wall. It was such a disappointment to know we spent all of our savings to get there to have to turn tail and head back home to Tennessee the next morning. What a waste and not even worth the small amount of time spent there. On a side note to be fair the few minor things I mentioned doesn't cover the whole catastrophe the apartment was in when we arrived."
"I usually don't post reviews unless I feel strongly about something. This was my first time renting, and needless to say my experience at Three Fountains was a very mixed bag of disappointment. First off, the complex manager was untruthful about the grace period, and I ended up paying a late fee my first month in. Not just that, but the new management charges unnecessary fees without notice and charges you more late fees on top of that. It's basically a game to see how much money they can get out of you. My garage was broken at the time of move in, and it took them over a year and a half to get it fixed. Parking was a hassle, and the maintenance team doesn't prioritize the needs of its paying tenants. Dont get me wrong. I'm not trying to demonize Three Fountains, but it definitely wasn't what I expected for my first renting experience. RENTERS BEWARE!!"
