"This place will make your life a living hell. Do not move here. Do not live here. I was carjacked on the property and they pretty much gave a gag order to keep quiet. They will gaslight you on maintenance concerns. And you’ll freeze in the winter time due to improper maintenance Repeat. Do not move here !!!!"
"This is by far one of the worst apartment complexes around this area. From the dog poop everywhere because of certain residents that cant seem to bend over a pick it up. I literally have a lady that lives directly below me that lets her dog on the porch to poop and pee. Mind you , she is on the second floor. I feel sorry for the next person that moves in below her. All you smell is dog pee when you get out of your car, not to mention walking up the stirs to go into the apartment building. There was a leak in the laundry room. Mold growing on the floor and up the wall. Took 11, yes, 11 months for this to get "fixed". The only reason they finally did something is because i had to call healthy homes. I only did this after multiple times of being told it was fixed. There is not enough maintenance people for this community. My car has been broken into twice. The second time they wouldn't approve my post to put on the community wall because the want to keep things "positive". Yeah , lets not let other residents know to watch out for the punks. You will get charged monthly ,$5.50 for them to bill you, $6.00 for pest control, which is supposed to be done quarterly. Thats a joke! $1.50 just to pay your bill. And dont even get me started on the water bill. Your rent is never the same. Can fluctuate $10-20 atleast. They just sent me a renewal letter and are uping rent to $1000.00. Absolutely insane for this trash! And just so you know my rent has ALWAYS been paid on time. Heed all the warnings in these post about how horrible it is. They are ALL true. Make this your absolute last resort. And im talking LAST!"
"My husband and I applied for apartment beginning of this month and office management is horrible. The communication is horrible and they money hungry I wouldn’t not recommend no one apply to this horrible, money hungry apartment complex and they also trying to send us collection agency after they negative balance on our bank account no money was involved"
"This is the weirdest experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. The tour was very bland and not much information was received from the apartment complex. My roommate and I chose to ignore this because of the price of the apartment. The complex bounced my application fee when there was more than enough funds. I called to check on the application and they told me my payment bounced it’s a 48 hour limit to bring in money order payment with a 50$ fee. They never informed me day of, they informed me a day after. After bringing the check, they started bringing up my information about the apartment and with no guidance on who to write the money order to, I filled it out incorrectly and they suddenly can’t give me any application info. And they won’t give me an extra day considering they let me know 24 hours into a 48 hour notice. We will be leasing elsewhere after I saw how money hungry this complex is in the reviews."
