"I've been a resident for over 7 years, and each year has gotten progressively worse. Management is a mess. Maintenance entails "band-aid" fixes. Major problems with vandalism on property with no action by Management to address. Pool has been closed for over 3 years. The size of apartment is great for the price.....but at the cost of so many other issues. I would recommend anyone who wants to enjoy life to avoid this property."

"Horrible apartment complex! My daughter lived there and had nothing but problems. They never did open the pool all summer, so if you are looking for an apartment with a pool, don’t rent here! Also there were bats down in the laundry room and would also sometimes get into the apartments. So disgusting and actually dangerous. Every time I went to visit her, there were big piles of trash by the dumpster (that would be there for months). Also, drug addicts walking around the property all the time. The management is horrible and ignores issues and complaints from residents. My daughter had to come live with me the last 2 months of her lease because it was so bad. I promise you, you DO NOT want to lease here!!!"

"Lived here 10 years. Great place in the beginning, but on a steady decline. Car broken into, next car was stolen ( 5/23). Pool not open for 3 years. Rent has gone up every year for 8 years now...big apartment, but at what cost?"

"I RECENTLY MADE A NEG POST ABOUT MY APARTMENT COMPLEX 'BECAUSE REPAIRS WE'RE GETTING DONE, HOWEVER ONCE MANAGEMENT LEARNED OF THIS ISSUES ,SOMEONE WAS SENT OUT TO TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUES. "I’ve been here for almost two years Juan is helpful and in the summer time the court yard is amazing! It’s spacious only down side is we have no In unit washer/dryer it would go nice with the updated look. Getting certain things fixed is a hassle but it’s not too bad. It’s really quiet and relaxed, we’ve been getting new residents this year I think once they figure out it’s quite everything should be fine."
