"Customer service is so vital to me and when you act like I bother you to fix something or even to give you a heads up about something it bothers me. I don't complain or cause any issues but I value customer service and to be respectfully is a big one for me and I am sorry this is lacking here."

"Moved out recently. Giving a second star because overall living there wasn't horrible. However the things they charge for on move out are laughable at best. I left mattress and box spring, $50 each(which is acceptable and I knew about in advance). They claimed they had to change the toilet seat(I lived there for 4+ years) the price listed was easily triple cost. They claimed they had to replace drip pans (again I lived there 4+ years, price is business, also they way over priced those). They complained they had to shampoo the carpets (no pets, no guests, no spills) they are required to do that anyway. Only reason I didn't shampoo them was because I was told not to worry because I wouldn't be charged because they had to put in new carpet anyway. So they lied in order to charge me more. Their charges miraculously came out to be a few dollars more than the deposit. So don't expect one back, I'm sure if I had not left the $100 known charge or removal that they would have 'found more' things to prevent from refunding me. Their late fee policy changed after the pandemic from a little more each day for about a week to a higher price all at once if even a day late. (I paid on time but the idea of it is toxic) I called once after 4 years of renting asking for a 2 day leeway since I've not had any problems and my paycheck was being delayed, they seemed gleeful that they were going to get extra money from me(I paid that fee to a friend to borrow and paid them on time). The last year I lived there lots of nice people moved out and lots of trashy purple moved in, not sure what happened. Don't rent here if you can afford not to(which you can because the rent is outrageous)."
