"Worst apartment I've ever lived in. There were holes in drywall in the bathroom closet and bedroom closet when I moved in. I've had water flood my 1st floor apartment because of the unit above me 4 times! Wish I'd Never Moved into this Apartment Complex."

"Don't waste your time. These apartments are falling apart and in major need of an updating. Constant problems with plumbing due to tree roots invading sewer system. Trashy young people with no consideration of others for neighbors. Management is questionable, at best. You've been warned....rent at your own risk...."

"Apart from a couple staff members that work there I have little to say positive about this complex. They said they “made a mistake” after signing the lease and tried coercing my wife into paying more than what was due for rent in the agreement while I was away at work. It didn’t work. But In hindsight I should have sued. Also don’t expect to get your deposit back, they will lie and invent reasons to keep it and charge you extra. The carpet had stains when we moved in. Now we owe 1000$ to replace carpet for stains. Unreal."

"NO! Wish I could give zero stars… Worst management possible. Do NOT let pricing persuade you to move here. The ladies who work the leasing office are AWFUL human beings with little regard for holding up their own end of the lease. Not ONE appliance worked when moving in and there were multiple fire code violations. They don’t care about you and won’t until you have your lawyer file a lawsuit.. Worst people I have personally ever met."

"STAY AWAY! Nice sized apartments but run down and not maintained at all. No amenities at all. They have a pool but water is green half the time, and keeps getting shut down by the health department. The water bill is attached to your rent bill and is outrageous. This month it was $141 for a 2 bedroom apartment. They say there is one water meter and they split the bill between everyone. So they cannot tell you why it is so high and no way to tell what you used. If you don't pay the water bill and try to dispute it they will just charge you a $50 late fee plus $5 a day until you pay it. Worst place I have ever lived by far. You have been warned!"
