"The nasty reviews of Virginia are just completely wrong in my opinion. She has never been anything but kind and helpful to me. One of the reviewers picture seems suspicious to me since the apartments are for seniors 55 and older. Whatever the problems were I’m sure there are 2 sides to the stories. There have been some kinks worked out this first year with mandatory inspections. But the management has always notified us of the dates and times before the inspections. The apartments are very nice and Virginia has went out of her way to be helpful to my father."

"This place is a he'll hole, management has little compassion for the disabled. Comes into the apt without notice and won't allow friends nor family members stay to visit. They are rude and would not want my family or my worst enemy to stay there. The manager there needs to learn common etiquette and compassion. Worst apartment in Richmond."

"I would rate this with 0 stars if I could. Manager is very rude and disrespectful and she is a liar. She raises her voice and yells at my mother who is disabled and lives there. I feel like this woman is always discriminating my mother and is watching her daily. Im about tp call my lawyer about this. She calls the DAY after Christmas because she sees my car outside and wanted to "remind" my mother how many day I am allowed to stay. I will come and visit my mother any time I please and I am well aware of the rules I have lived in many apartments but does she call and check in and remind ALL her other tenants of the rules? Why just my mom? No notice is ever given when entering the maintenance guy comes in unannounced while my mom was getting out of the shower and wasn't even dressed fully he walks in. My mom naturally gets upset and he YELLS at her because there was an "emergency" next door and that he just needed to flush her toilet cuz the neighbor had a clog for a whole day or two before that so how was that an emergency if they waited a few days to take action any ways? I am very disappointed in how this place is run by the management I can't wait to get my mother out of here and I would never suggest to have your loved ones move here! Absolutely awful."
