"Parking lot is absolutely terrible. Capable of destroying your car. Full, overflowing trashbags sitting at entrance to apartment building. Roach in hallway. Water leaks."

"This apartment complex is the most disgusting place to ever live. There are cockroaches, spiders, and god knows what else. There is mold in almost every unit. The slumlord refuses to fix anything or he will half do it. So when it messes up he will blame it on you. My child was 4 months old and got RSV from a toxic amount of mold in tdd he air. Whatever you do I would not rent nor live in these apartments. Especially if you have children."
