"I simply want to share my experience. I ordered a single porta-potty unit. Two weeks after the scheduled delivery date, it still hadn't shown up. I called and discovered they'd lost my order. After a 30 min call to simply reorder the unit I was told there would be a $200 delivery fee charged to ME because THEIR trucks had broken down and they'd have to make an extra trip with the truck they had left. That just doesn't seem right, and I'm disappointed in how this was handled."
