"The lady at the counter was very nice but other than that not much to speak on they told me since me and my boyfriend both worked that they could help us out quicker which of course was a bluff their waiting list is long to the point it's just ridiculous because Richmond is small and shouldn't have that many people trying to use it so prayers are still here that we get in as it's better than our current home which is the street but no hopes for that because multiple years long is what we were told the waiting list was so much for helping people in need..."
