"DO NOT move into these apartments. Our ac went out for the 8th time in 3 years! We are in the middle of a heat wave and the people in the office acts like it no big deal. The guy kept repeating others have their ac out too like I called and asked about how other people Acs are doing!? They would care more if their families were sitting in hot apartment’s. We have had black mold growing in the apartment, installations are horrible getting charge $400 for electricity alone. You would think the new management would fix things that people have been complaining about for years instead of focusing on painting the buildings. Also, I think the pictures they have advised on the website are hilarious, no apartment looks like that on the inside. It’s so hard to even get them to answer their phones! Didn’t think it was possible to get worse management, but they win! Do not move your families into these apartments!!"
"There have been quite a few different people in and out of the office and it's been really annoying but the last couple times I came in its been the same people in the office and they've been pretty helpful. They answerd all of my questions and have been really nice. The maintenance guys are always super quick to fix any problems I have to so that's really good."
"I don’t usually write reviews and I was honestly about to post a negative one because I’ve been so frustrated with the lack of return calls regarding my lease renewal and the last time I called I got another new office lady BUT this one was really nice even though I started off strong ngl and she answered all of my questions and was really sweet and understanding and helpful and made me feel a lot better. She was really lovely and welcoming. It’s just nice to feel like she cares."
"I’ve really noticed a change since they got new management. They’re making good moves. They seem to be really reliable and when my AC broke, maintenance was really quick and helpful. I’m excited for the updates and renovations, too."
"UPDATE 3: Please disregard the company response below! Shannon is gone! There is YET ANOTHER person. I go in to the office to talk about something and Of Course, there is a New Person Yet Again. THIS IS MANAGER #3 IN A SPAN OF 6 MONTHS. I really thought things were going to turn around. Huge shipping containers with brand new appliances and fixtures appeared and I was hopeful we would see some real progress. They did fix and open the pool for late summer, which is now a giant green science project by the office. The new appliances were just to renovate a few apartments to show off. Our units do NOT look like that. There are many reviews for the investment property group, Orion, that state how terrible and predatory this group is! Our apartments are among many others across the country that Orion takes, drives out previous tenants, and ruins. We have not had any rent hikes, but our utilities have increased and others that live here have confirmed that for themselves to me. Again, maintenance guys are so good and consistent, they're the real ones. The guy in the office is nice but I can tell his hands are tied in a lot of situations. My issue is this revolving door of management. Sheesh. ----Update from August 23----- UPDATE 2: New management in place seems to have caught up. It seems things are improving around here, but we'll see how the next few weeks play out with the new property manager, Shannon. She seems very kind and ready for action. I still see some concerning behaviors from neighbors so I look forward to seeing what these new people have to offer. The new paint job is nice, the pool has finally been reclaimed, and other little things have been getting worked on. I'm still kind of holding my breath, but I wanted to update this review to say things seem to be looking up. The maintenance staff have been the most stable thing here and they've been doing much better. My previous issue raised to a point it could not be ignored, and they took good care of the situation, and paid for the extra help they had to hire. I still see some issues with neighbors so I will watch and see how things go, and update this review as needed. ------below here is my review June '23 to show where RN was before----- The apartments were great, with helpful and responsive staff and great systems in place. But surprise, the old management company(Monarch) was replaced entirely overnight with a new one(Orion) that is rated far less well. We're halfway through our lease and half the reason we chose these apartments was the management. It has not been as good post-change. Before, there was plenty of notice beforehand about maintenance, apartment events, and other announcements. They emailed, texted, and left notices on doors. Now, there is short notices, no events, and they just announced that all USPS packages have to be picked up from the post office! The old company took all FedEx, Ups and Usps packages in the office and sent automatic messages over text with the shipping info. They were very clear about hours, office closure, and availability. New office closes randomly and just puts a sign up in the office window. The new staff are nice, but there just have been so many little things that bug me. I know I'm not alone in being upset and blindsided by this big change. Others have worse issues than me. The package pickup is just the straw that broke the camel's back for me to make this review. I miss Diana. UPDATE: It has only been downhill from here. There have been people openly breaking lease agreements with what seems to little or no action, such as not picking up their dogs poop, smoking indoors, and not observing quiet hours. Our matienance request feels completely ignored and forgotten, and its impacting my partner and I's experience here. Granted, there is still good to these apartments- they're spacious, kids play outside often, the maintenance workers are nice, but the management is the issue here. I feel ignored while being told my issues are "being investigated" or "they're looking into it" and hearing nothing after. Just sad."
